Carbonated drinks are called "Pop" if you're young.
so you'd ask like,
"Do you want a glass of pop?"

There's also Panda Pop:

As an adult is more likely say whatever the pop is,
"Do you want a Glass of coke or a glass.of lemonade?"

Yeah, fizzy drink is a fairly popular term.

We do use "pop" as well, but that tends to mainly be used when describing the tiny cheap bottles that you give to little kids.
