Why not tea and coffee?

Green tea is great for you.

It's certainly doable. I've been doing it for months now. I never drank coffee or alcohol to begin with (I hate the taste of caffeine and alcohol), and I never enjoyed tea either. Milk is okay but was easy to drop. Sodas were a bit tough to leave behind, but after about a week or two you don't miss it. I think juices were the hardest for me to let go. I love sugary drinks like lemonade, orange juice, and iced tea.

However, I do occasionally add the 0 calorie flavor packets to my water when I'm in the mood for flavor. Not sure if you are doing strictly water or are open to flavor packets and those bubbly water drinks they have at stores now.
