He called 5-0 at around 4:20am on Sunday to ask them to for a ride home in New Port Richey but he cussed out the dispatcher during his first call prompting the cal taker to provide him with a non-emergency number for future reference A police officer offered to call him a taxi but he said he had no money so he kept walking before calling 911 again to request a ride An officer responded to the call as he was still on call with the dispatcher.
