It depends on what you like really. Anime, just like live action TV, or movies, are broken down into genres. Here are some of my favorites by genre
Action/Adventure: Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, My Hero Academia, Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer Trapped in Another World/Isekai (yes this is a genre. It's full of awesome): That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, Overlord, Rising of the Shield Hero Comedy: Gintama, The Disastrous Life of Saiki K, Haven't You Heard? I'm Sakamoto, and Back Street Girls: Gokudolls Thriller: Psycho Pass, Monster, and Death Note Sports: Haikyuu!
