I've always cringed when other women said that sort of thing seriously. And it's terrible when men perpetuate it too. Live your life :) --- Early 30's. IDGAF about gender roles in the main, and have tried to bring up my kids in a similar way. Theyre still incredibly into gendered toys and clothing, which is interesting from a sociological perspective. Had an argument with my 3 year old about whether boys can wear pink. Well, I thought it was hilarious and he was quite adamant about it. So I went and put on my favourite t-shirt from when I was younger, a punky sort of electric pink number.
