I got a bread machine and there's just no room for it...

Does it spark joy? IDK, it's supposed to spark bread!

If Im not using the appliance multiple times a week than it sits in the pantry until the occasional time I use it.

ya, that's kinda the problem - my pantry (well, corner closet... not quite a lazy susan since it doesn't rotate but ya) is rather full of appliances now

I have my rice maker, which is a definite keeper; but I also have an instantpot, an air fryer, a george foreman grill, a bread machine, a toaster, a ravioli machine (pasta roller), a giant-ass Kitchenaid Mixer, a popcorn machine, a sodastream and a dvd player (for some reason) in there

In that case, you may need to either establish a new appliance storage area or cull some lesser-used appliances. If the latter, prioritize keeping the ones you use the most and/or that do something that can't be easily replaced.

Honestly, a bread maker doesn't sound like a very worthwhile investment for you. You've already got the kitchenaid mixer to handle making dough without needing to mess around with kneading by hand, and where you aren't working (IIRC), you've got plenty of time to bake bread yourself. The only advantage the breadmaker offers is being able to schedule the baking so you end up with fresh bread in the morning, but really, you'll generally get better bread if you ferment the dough overnight anyway (possibly in the fridge), and proofing+baking generally doesn't take all that long unless you're making larger loaves (which you really don't have to), such that you could easily weave it into your morning routine and have fresh bread available with breakfast.

Bread makers are very much a convenient appliance more so than one that actually enables anything you couldn't do without it, and where you have an abundance of time and not much space for new appliances, I don't think buying it was a great idea. Bit late for that, though, since I wouldn't expect you to get rid of something you just got, but I guess that's a principle you can apply moving forward.

I bought the bread machine ages ago, I inherited the mixer
