I liked the character
And to her credit she played the "gruff badass merc" thing well. Then as soon as she had to show some deeper emotion it was like "oh damn she's not a good actress" --- Not removing this until Mega Man 64 is released on the Wii Virtual Console. I thought the roles was like her acting was just cameo levels. Short lines, short action, and or limited screen times. she began taking on the sorta the same characters as her roles got narrowed to aggressive merc archtype supporting and main roles.
I thought she probably had tons of instructions on what directors wanted and it was simply too much for her acting. I think she didn't have a chance to change it up for these 6years she got or got mostly fighting roles in shows. It could work with her under the right script like any actor/actress. Its like she and her agent were taking it slow and steady. A safe way into the industry. She got on big movie productions on her name.
