Honestly Cara Dune's actress was really bad and it was a big detriment to the show imo. Politics aside, this is better for the quality of the show. There are other actors/actresses that should probably be fired as well, but at least they're minor characters.

What China is doing to the Uigher Muslims is one of the closest things going on today that you can compare to the Holocaust, and Disney does a lot of deals with the Chinese government, and publishes a "thank you" to them in the credits of Mulan. Cancelling Disney Plus makes a lot more sense than cancelling Gina Carano based on these standards.

I still won't be cancelling tho

Its not about the price. They literally took stuff that people were paying a cable bill to watch and put it behind ANOTHER pay wall. People with your attitude about this shit is why these companies keep stealing from the viewers.

discovery plus is literally indefensible

What about Hells Kitchen and Master Chef? What about the news and the weather? What about the literal thousands of movies available to watch for free?

They took away about 40% of what I watch, which is a lot, but not enough for me to cancel my library of thousands of saved movies.

Tell me this:
Why couldnt they finish giving us rest of the season before taking it off air to put it behind a pay wall? We got like three episodes of some of our favorite shows and then they mysteriously disappeared. There was no fair warning. Why not advertise it and tell everyone that their favorite shows would be D+ exclusives NEXT season? The whole this is so cheap and underhanded. Its the textbook definition of a cash grab.

sound like pretty shitty business practices. you can show you don't like it by not supporting them.

they do, however, have the right to charge whatever they want and split their services into smaller parts and have people choose to buy both, or one, or neither. if there's not enough content to justify the price, don't buy it, and if you want both, you should pay for both.
