To me its less that it is only black people who do it and more that its a common trend and is mostly overlooked for whatever reason.

I agree with Delirious and do think black perpetrators of Asian racism used to be overlooked prior to COVID but Asian racism against black people have been notorious to the point of stereotype and likely played a part in the rising racial tension of these attacks. And no, this isn't a justification. These attacks are awful.

Also getting your skin whitened due to your countries perception of beauty (which light skin was a preference before even contact with black or white people for that matter) is not racist.

In contrast Black people tend to dislike Asian people because they view them as privileged elites. I listened to one black woman recently go on a tangent on how she thought Asians and White people were exactly the same. She disliked both - she felt comradery w/ Hispanic americans tho.

I'm a nobody so me not giving them a pass doesn't count. Only when someone with power or the fairly large group don't give them a pass then you'd have a point.

Arizona, which is why the fact that the government was run my rich white people for decades is so frustrating. Finally turned blue this year.

I dislike that we need to go through the discourse of acknowledging that the racial recognition isn't inherent to the cause. The lower class people with opportunity to malign Asians happen to be Black. There's not much of an Asian presence around lower class places of other races for us to see this happen much with people of other races as bad actors.

How's that? Have I clarified and summarized well enough? Any bad actors wanna fuck with me?

White elites are ridiculously good at getting minorities to hate each other. Take the Irish for example - after hundreds of years of Anglo Saxon oppression it should have been an absolute no brainer for Irish American immigrants to join up with other minorities and fight against the ruling WASPs. What happens? Irish Americans instead join in on the racism against non-white minorities and slowly but surely get assimilated into the prevailing white culture despite previously not even being considered white.

White supremacy is a hell of a thing.

This very one-sided topic is ignoring all the many instances of Asian Americans assaulting elderly Black Americans & Jewish Americans. Physical assault hate crimes among minority groups are on the rise and its being perpetrated an equal amount by both sides. Both sides.

In HS i think we where taught there was 3 minority majority states. Texas was one with Hispanics barely outnumbering whites but then a decent enough black population whites where definitely in the minority.
