Yeah and drawing the line on "that site" makes no sense. Not everything on OF is porn. So you basically have more of an issue with an anything-goes website than actual porn websites

And I already explained to you the hole in your argument about "being ok with porn being filmed on the property". Tell me, what is so drastically different between two people having sex and two people having sex on camera? If you're gonna take that much of an issue with porn being filmed on the property, you might as well not allow people to fuck at all.

I have extremely liberal attitudes towards sex work in general though morally I don't exactly approve. I view it as a moral grey area rather than bad. I still think these things should be legal and not legally punishable.

This is simple though, should property owners be able to prohibit the production of porn on their property?

And the big caveat to this is that if you aren't stupid about it you should probably be able to get away with this without the property owner ever finding out.

This sounds like the tenant was only renting a room though which makes even more sense for the property owner to not be on board.

That sounds like a lodger and not a tenant situation, so her protections are nill barring some states not allowing evictions on only a couple day's notice.

And it sounds like she was using the owner's internet, so the owner has every right to absolutely not allow a lodger to do anything pornographic.

If she openly advertised her page on that site on her instagram account and kept her instagram as public than that is a severe level of stupidity.

Instagram accounts should always be set to private anyways, but especially if you're gonna use it to advertise your porn.

I agree, it sounds like she's lodging with her boyfriend's family. So it's likely her boyfriend's mom flipping out on her. They probably didn't even have any formal agreement on what she can/can't do.
