If you stop watching a video, and then come back to video later in the day,it would start out with a new ad no matter were you are in the video. (on some videos) They are just trying to be so annoying people get red (or whatever you call it)

I use adblock and ublock, so the only ads I see are when my favorite YouTubers get sponsors like RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAID Shadow Legends, but I usually just skip past those too.
