I've tried telling them to just drive slow and they respond that they don't have the same infrastructure that we do. Infrastructure isn't a magic wand that makes snow removal perfect. You also need to understand that we have the infrastructure, because snowfall can sometimes be extreme. Reality here is that the biggest component is that Southern people simply don't understand snow. Like it seems to terrify them. People need to relax a bit.
