Scroll down to Site Display Settings, and look at the Pre-Reserve Ad Space option. If you're using an ad blocker, set it to no. so before i was not seeing any ads, but now i am. however, the page jumping issue has been fixed. i think just toggling that setting on/off might have fixed it? thank you to @pokedude900
