You basically take a big old leg of lamb marinaded in typical greek flavours and rest it on a bed of potatoes and braise/roast it for hours. There's no way this will not be good.

I need to explore lamb. Never cooked lamb and barely eaten any. Maybe after Ive explored Indian cuisine. Well I can use lamb with that too I guess.

For some people it's their favourite meat, for others its horrible. Personally I think its pretty incredible. It's somehow succulent and gamey at the same time. i think Ill first cook more classic stuff with lamb before using it in curries etc, mainly to learn about the flavors and stuff.

I wish they sold lamb here like they sell beef and pork, lamb is usually at thr special meat section and more expensive and stuff. Its not that popular.
