at b tier, its either Moe or Milhouse c-tier its Kirk Van Houten d-tier its Hans Moleman e-tier its Arnie Pie the definitions of these tiers are nebulous and only exist in my head. B-tier is characters that are in most episodes and often are involved in storylines. C-tier is characters that are a bit less frequent but occasionally will be central to a plot. D tier is common characters who are pretty much only used for gags, e tier is rare gag characters there maybe should be another tier between the Milhouses and the Kirks where Lenny and Carl can live, I dunno --- For your Azuarc .
