Counterfeit drugs that arent FDA approved Drugs being bought illegally Buying drugs without knowing what it really is Pill mills causing this narco epidemic that is very difficult to shut down even if you are extremely certain they are pill mills. This feeds into this epidemic and now fake pills are spreading These issues seem far more prevalent than how its made. How its made is practically irrelevant because the FDA approves it and it goes through a decade of testing --- I will admit I'm wrong if you prove me wrong.
