To get an idea of Maybach quality, here's a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-AtWmJYoGE Personally I like manual softtops more because they are not prone to mechanical failure of getting stuck, and due to panel gap issues over time, they can leak more as the cars age, whereas soft tops will never leak unless they rip, and they're a ton cheaper to replace/fix vs retractable hardtops.
