Im guessing there are people out there that last lost 20k, 50k, or even over 100k out there. I lost 25% of market value on my stocks past couple weeks but to me that 2k. Just regret over switching to long term stuff at a time when I could have made money on meme stuff. It makes me think what was it like investing back in March last year. I didn't think about stocks back then or was even aware a crash happened since news wasn't covering stocks. It can also be used for good things. I have a stock that's trying to get listed on the Nasdaq. The share price has to be X dollars. They want to do it organically with sales, expansion etc, but one of the options they are considering is a reverse split. I dont know if this was a market wide sell off as that was only stock in my watchlist and I was ignoring the losses in my portfolio. Near about $100 extra never hurt, even if I wound up losing about that much over all.
