Can't help you, TC, but I thought this would be a good place to make a comment about how much I like and miss the Splinter Cell games. I came to them from MGS and was initially taken aback at how much more important stealth is in these games in comparison.

Maybe
Blacklist has forced combat sections but it's the only game in the series where the levels are designed fully so you can bypass all the non-combat sections without knocking out the enemies I prefered Blacklist out of all of them. The stealth is fast. Like you're still anaylzing patterns and movements but it's a case of 'get in, get out' and not the sort of 'stop in an alcove for ten seconds' kinda deal. --- for the alcohlics https://www.aa.org/ ... Yes, you will. Blacklist lets you choose your run type, accommodating fans of both Chaos Theory and Conviction.

I liked the PS2 Splinter Cells, but didn't have as much fun with Blacklist. Played through once and that was enough for me.
