The teacher warned us in advance and was like "Okay, there's gonna be some nudity in this scene, but I expect you all to act maturely about it!" Of course we all cheered and clapped when the nudity happened >_> Someone (not me) even yelled "Nice jugs!" The teacher got pissed but still kept the movie going. I recall the teacher stepping out of the class and someone would replay her scene over and over. Our teacher used movies to spark our interests to write. He made us choose a topic to write about then presented a movie. We had to write in the context of the movies he showed. We saw like over 20 movies in the class and itwas a favorite class for all the students lol. I seem to recall watching an edited version, but in previous years they didn't have that edited version and one of the English teachers left the movie on and was talking to another teacher out in the hallway, then the scene came up and he made a rather dramatic "NOOOO" and threw himself in front of the TV (he was a goof though, so this was on brand for him). Oh, and I went on a field trip to see Amistad in a theater, but there was a permission slip to fill out (students and parents).
