Mainly high school since I don't think you had to in elementary or middle school... Unless you did. I was reading a book that made me wonder if people still do, or if that was a thing of the past. Somebody else is saying it's still pretty common in the US, though I find that hard to believe unless it recently started back up...

No, I don't think many people did at all after gym For my school, it was none. Not even a few... Zeus posted... It's probably really just for sports teams. Maybe. Except, I know that wasn't my school. Or many I've heard about. The sport teams (at least wrestling, football, and hockey) didn't shower at school afterwards. I don't think any of our teams did. Same with many schools around the US (based on what co-workers have said). Zeus posted... If you're a normal student, you're not going to have time between classes to use those facilities anyway. That really depends. Certain classes like gym (and apparently swimming) would sometimes end earlier, allowing you time to change. If they let you leave a few minutes earlier, you could shower and change in the amount of time they give you. Zeus posted... No, because that really wasn't a thing in our schools. I'm pretty sure our school had them, but I don't know how many. But even if there were enough, I don't think anybody would want to use them. Though, what you described reminds me of basic and my second tech school. In basic, we had 8 showers heads for 60 guys. Except beast week. During beast week, there were 180 of us. But many more shower heads. Don't remember how many. And while my first tech school had a bathroom for every room (we held two people, but could hold three), my second tech school had us in the dorms where there was a 4 shower heads for each bathroom, one bathroom per hall, like 20-30 rooms a hall, and 2-3 people per room. So, it was hard to shower. Especially since the shower room was so small that it could be weird with just 2 people, let alone 4. Those dorm were basically condemned while we were there, and have since been torn down, thankfully... --- Official King of Kings Switch FC: 7216-4417-4511 Add Me because I'll probably add you.
