We're in the ballpark of when these things take place
Last year Death Note finally grabbed a win against rising star Mob Psycho.

Every year I normally predict this will be Steins;Gate's year, no clue this time round.
Tbh, I haven't seen many shows that released since last year, be it or or sequels.
But guess I can catch up on some shows over the course of the contest. Now when will Funimation and Crunchy's libraries merge now that they're both under the Sony umbrella?

Nomination Rules:

-You can nominate up to 8 shows, with 2 double noms
-Bold your double noms or they won't count
-75 shows with the most nominations will be entered into the contest
-No movies are allowed, but OVA series are allowed.
-If I don't think a show should be in this, I'll remove it from the nom list.
-Make it clear which show you are nominating, there are many YGO/Digimon series and other shows have been remade.
-The top 20 shows from last contest are automatically entered. This year CR AotY contenders get some autofill slots.
-Going forward top 25 shows qualify for next year, bottom 10 shows get booted for from next year's contest.
-Nominations period ends around Friday night (GMT)
-For the last few spots, if there are ties, I will eliminate some using random.org.

I'm looking forward to the translation finally dropping for damn sure. I've already watched S1 three times: twice dubbed, once subbed. It's safe to say I'm obsessed at this point, but not to the point I'm willing to hunt it down to watch it on another platform. I'll definitely be supporting it next SMA along with Black Butler which I've recently completed S1 of and WOULD be watching through S2 of if charon hadn't gotten us a new puppy that's eating up the majority of my free time right now.

One Piece/MHA filler movies don't count, just get absorbed into OP/MHA.
Demon Slayer's movie would also just be counted as part of Demon Slayer, same applies with say Lupin III stuff.
The Kizumonogatari trilogy is just incorporated into Monogatari
Ghibli movies are all standalone so don't count.
Shared universes with cameos like Your Name/Weathering With You don't count.

I rewatched Tatami Galaxy which made me appreciate it more and saw The Night Is Short for the first time, but I will respect Lefty's wishes to be freed. I'll give up on the rest of my 2010s KyoAni stuff next year, I promise.

Also, is Wonder Egg eligible since it's still a couple episodes away from being finished? If not, I'll replace it with Tatami Galaxy anyway since I don't think anyone has the motivation to save anything else I'd want to nom.
