They are charged with offense against users of computers, computer systems, networks, electronic devices and unlawful use of a two way communication device and criminal use of personally identified information and conspiracy to commit aforementioned offenses Caroll was released on 8500 bond as Emily was booked into a Juvenile Detention Centre Her husband told CNN "We have no comment right now.
