It's a mainstay at Video Games Live and I used to go every year Idk the trope page but I'll check it out sometime tn I honestly think Sephiroths biggest point comes from smash. I'm not saying Final Fantasy isn't what it used to be, but God of War 4 has a much smaller barrier of entry for western customers than FF imo.
