Lots of them, and churches, make bank. Lots of preachers wear nice suits, have nice houses, and drive nice cars. Lots of churches have offices and such to conduct business and such. I don't think you need an entire business wing on your church just for bake sales. Obviously not all are like that, but there's enough.
