Lost_All_Senses 03/29/21 4:55:19 PM #12:	I just tried Horizon 4 at my cousins with no intention on playing more than a race or 2. Played like 2 hours of it and only shut it off to watch a movie. My goal is gonna be to unlock the warthog for him. Even though the driving was fantastic, the single player in FM7 was completely gimped and the homologation rules only made sense for online. I hope they keep the homologation bullshit for online only and let players experiment more in single player, and I really hope there's more events outside of the 6-race tourneys. It upped the difficulty for me at a 15% raise cause I was doing good and I'm still hitting first every time with my starter car having 2 small upgrades. Obstacle2 03/29/21 6:38:32 PM #18:	The way you win races and make money in FH4 is by Maximizing the car's class rating by installing upgrades. If the tournament is rated A, make sure the rating for the car is exactly 800 (or like, a couple points below). While opponent cars scale based on your car's rating, you will be able to make your own car more powerful which will make the race easier for you. Focusing on each car's launch attribute (and preferably AWD drivetrain) and then handling. Top Speed is not overly important unless you're in S2+ tourneys with long straights, which is only a few races here and there. Also, upgrade your brakes because they only use up a few points and provide a significant upgrade. How far you upgrade them depends on your skill level and the car. Assists. Make sure you turn off some assists to increase your purse. You can immediately turn off the braking assist (go ABS On), steering assist (go Normal), full driving line (go braking only), stability control (off), damage (fuel and tire only). That'll give you a nice boost without making the car hard to drive. The AI is piss easy until Expert so make sure you're racing at Highly Skilled (or the one right below it) to maximize your earnings without it being too hard. Like who thought Britain would be a place people want to go race cars. FH4 is also way less polished than the other Horizon games in terms of bugs and the ai. It's crazy after all these years the game still has the same bugs that came with launch even with them constantly patching.
