There has to be some 1% group that contacts and bribes publishers to do this. Somehow they all assimilated into the borg and knew "body type" was the word to use.

My thoughts are it's a deliberate attempt to redefine what male and female means because they could've just removed the words and showed pictures for us to associate with reality.

Normally I create myself in games so others wanting to create themselves seems likely. The Sims that is a guilty pleasure of mine caters towards many people.

I haven't played a sims game in a long time.

Sims 3 turned me off so bad because the microtransations made me feel like they gutted the game.

There was also a bug where you could get stuck at your workplace. I don't know if they was ever patched.

Is Code Vein good? I heard the DLC was disappointing. It's on sale on humblebundle though.

It's very good for a Souls-Like clone, there was alot to like with the gameplay but it ended up getting really easy with some random difficulty spikes. No idea about the DLC.

Also just do yourself a favor and skip all the cutscenes, I couldn't stand them.
