I didn't know how bad until I did pull ups today. I used to be able to do 50-75. Now? I can barely do one, and feel my whole shoulder/neck stiffen up badly. But I'm determined to build myself back up again.

Yo that sucks. My mom is suffering from that as well. She just had an epidural injection to treat it. We're hoping it works.
