Id try to get at least some exercise. Even a brisk walk for 20 minutes is better than nothing.

Its also hard to hear, but try having a minimal caffeine day. Just have enough to prevent headaches (if thats a thing for you)

You should try the nightlight feature if you are using Windows 10. You can also turn down the brightness on your devices.

I also would recommend playing sleep meditation music on YouTube.

Aren't you also on a breathing machine or something? Are you taking any medications?
