Fuck yeah! Finally lol. Have lost 30 lbs since January and have been waiting for it to be noticeable. I guess its most noticeable in my face, but I wear a mask at work the whole time.

The absolute worst part of weight loss for me was people commenting on it, I cant stand attention. I usually tell people I gained and tell them I dont appreciate them commenting on my weight.

Yeah actually started in January at 282, and Im currently 252 now.

Hoping to hit like...235 by the start of summer, then 210 by the end of summer. Im 61, and the skinniest Ive ever been was 160. Dont want that again but if I can get near 200 Ill be very content.

Fuck yeah, congrats! Yeah Im just running a ton and doing one meal a day intermittent fasting. Have been eating vegetarian a fair amount too. Just lowering my caloric intake a ton to shrink my stomach.

my biggest issue with food was from just overeating. Getting high, having the munchies, and eating a whole pizza. Intermittent fasting has shrunk my stomach a ton and I get full so much faster now.

i feel you about the getting high and getting munchies thing though. i have definitely had to lay off of that. it is not conducive to efficient weight management. i've been smoking weed pretty much every day since my early 20s, but these days i've been smoking a whole lot less. i even go days without smoking at all sometimes, as long as a whole week recently, which i've never really done, ever, lol.

when i do treat myself to pizza (which is my absolute favorite food and i'll never give it up completely), i'll get halfway full first on a serving of black beans and maybe some sauteed spinach or steamed broccoli, and then just have a couple slices, instead of diving right in and having 4 or 5 lol. i also drink a cup of green tea before dinner pretty much every day no matter what i'm having, so that helps me get full on smaller portions in general.


I find the one meal a day super easy to do, honestly. Ive never been the type who gets hangry.

plus it lets me eat almost anything I want for dinner and not feel guilty about it lol.
