Like there is no threat to them besides personal conflicts. Like that one movie from a couple years back about the kid that was like Superman, and he just killed everyone in his path.

One Punch Man, I know about, but I'm not really looking for that. I'm looking for someone that gets a cheat/god code someone and just lets lose, you know?

Nick Calloway or whatever from The Great Gatsby. He aroused zero suspicion from anyone at any point, and despite witnessing a murder wasn't even contacted to give his story.

I'll go with good ole HP. Dude is (by my theories) unkillable as he is SPOLIERS

A horcrux, and post book 4 is literally invulnerable based on same principles to anyone but Voldemort and basilisk venom/sword of Gryffindor. Since Horcruxes can only be killed by said objects, Harry is already invulnerable, but since Voldy becomes HARRY's horcrux-like after book 4, he's OP. Literally has the world's greatest witches and wizards trying to kill him and continually gets out of it.

I don't think you understand what I'm asking for, lol. That's pretty much every protagonist - unkillable [Is that really not a word? It's telling me it's not]

I'm talking about people that just go in and wreck everyone in sight, and there isn't a single thing that can stop them. Another example would be Bruce Almighty. He became God, and got the powers. The only thing was moral choice. That was PG, though

Beserk is a pretty good example, I think, but even Guts and that other fighter had challenges.

The Sin War Trilogy, based on the Diablo games, is a decent example of what you're looking for. The protagonist struggles occasionally, but only in terms of figuring out his powers and what to do with them.

Mild spoilers: The whole premise is basically a dude named Uldyssian ascending to godlike status and kicking the shit out of every demon and angel that tries to get in his way.

I can give you a lot of trash manga, if that's what you're interested in.
As for good stuff, Overlord is the closest I can think of immediately. Protag is OP, knows it, and abuses it.
If you're looking for some challenge, Kenshiro and Jotaro are classic examples of "start off super OP". Modern anime, until recently, had a lot of focus on training. Kenshiro and Jotaro basically start out fully-pumped, but do get a little stronger.

Well, Wheel of Time still applies somewhat. It's kind of like a RPG in book form where the main cast starts off as L1 noobs but become epicly powerful as the story progresses.

Skeleton Knight in Another World has some similarities to Overlord but plenty of differences. The main character from The Eminence in Shadow is also absurdly overpowered and is happy to use it when it suits him. Both of them use overwhelming might to crush their enemies at times.

In the latter half of the series, Rand al'Thor from Wheel of Time fits that description.

I know it was mentioned before that he has "plot armor" but the way it plays out in the books themselves doesnt really make plot armor applicable. He starts off relatively normal, but once his abilities manifest more and more, and he trains, he becomes damn near unstoppable.

He is never challenged by any of his opponents until he faces Anderson, who has an incredibly potent holy relic at his disposal. And Alucard still wins, essentially just because he wants to. He also, shortly after, overcomes the absence of his own existence by fighting his way through his own army of the damned. Yes, at that point he's ludicrously OP and there's absolutely no way he can ever lose, because he has Schroedinger's reality-bending abilities.

However...If you think he's not OP the whole time, you might not have realized he was just fucking around in every battle up until his final confrontation with Anderson. He was literally giving Anderson the opportunity to be the human who brought down the monster, because he believed only Anderson was capable of it.

Alucard would have brutalized the Captain. Seras isn't even close to Alucard's power level.

I'm not certain of that. Anderson was a fucking beast. He was the Church's equivalent to Alucard, as the Captain was the Major's equivalent. If anything, Anderson and the Captain are equal, or at least comparable. I wouldn't say the Captain was way above Anderson at any point. And for certain, Anderson's ultimate form is way above the Captain's true form.

Reminder that Alucard requested a special weapon (his black handgun) specifically to deal with Anderson because he was such a problem.

I very highly doubt it. Not once did he run into a situation that he couldnt easily get out of. Even with Anderson, he was just fucking with him and letting himself get shredded so he could show off his abilities, like he always does.
