How does it make you feel. Are you a hippy anarchist who thinks everyone should be able to use any IP? Do you think profiting off IPs is the most important reason to make them, as a keen business person would?

I think all laws should be followed and if someone doesnt like a law they should go through the process to get it changed

If anybody is into classical music, its a really big deal in the US since it revolves around the Disney lawsuits concerning Mickey Mouse. I dont see whats inherently wrong about copyright though since not having it doesnt seem fair to the creators.

Disney would not exist in its current state if not for the public domain.

Life of the author + some small amount of years for any work. After that, it should be free for other artists.

If you made a game that is licensed, I think you should be allowed to re-release that game as many times as you want, even if you don't own the license anymore. So if you made a Ninja Turtles game in 1992, you should still have the full rights to that game, even if someone else has the license to Ninja Turtles. The only catch is you cannot change anything about the game.
