How often do you work? Do you just have a min wage part time job?

Is owning a place required for this? I want to work 2-3 days a week preferably 12 hours twice a week

I'm doing calculations and it looks possible, especially if I own a place and have paid the mortgage off. By the time I save 200-300k (would take like a decade of living at home) though the market will probably have priced me out by the time I have it

You need either some starting capital (old money) or work your ASS off for several years until you can reach that point yourself.

Yes but I want to have a lot more saved up before I get to that point. Cryptocurrency is helping.

Yeah, it seems within reach as long as I can work fulltime for the next decade, but by then the housing market will be even worse.

that was never my goal until recently, I always wanted a career that I value. but even my doctor says that's unlikely. and I'm too far behind to retire young outright, so this is the next best thing.

this but 15 instead of 14

working sucks. I had three weeks of not working between jobs when I got laid off from my first job and other than not being able to pay for shit it was so nice being able to just live. I got way more exercise in, I slept better, ate better, etc.

trying to throw money at dividend paying stocks now so that maybe when Im in my 40s and have my mortgage paid off I can just live off of that.

what is a safe ROI expectation for dividends? the bank i'm with has a .1% savings account once you have over 10k which is pretty good for a bank I guess?

My goal is to not get screwed by life so I build up money that I can throw at problems as they come up.
