Cops shouldn't be doing that. People also shouldn't be putting up memorials for Adam Toledo. That is not comparable to Daunte Wright.

He was taken advantage of and tricked by someone older and it led to his death. Maybe if he was 10 years older you might be right. But this a kid and he didn't know what he was doing

He was not a random kid that happened to be walking down an alley at that particular moment at nearly 3am. He was there involved in gang shit and I do not accept for one second that a thirteen year old is not capable of knowing that shooting people is wrong. If something comes out about him being an unwilling participant who was forced to be there by the older party it would change things, but I'm not going to go along with that if it's just an imagined narrative.

Regardless of how you feel about what he was doing, he simply did not deserve to be shot. He wasnt posing a risk. He dropped the gun and put his hands up like they asked. I love how they call Kyle Rittenhouse an innocent boy but this kid a grown man who knew what he was doing.

I don't know what "they" you're referring to, but your description of events does not reflect reality and I don't believe I've seen anybody calling this kid a grown man.

Bruh your takes on morality are painfully black and white. You're acting as if good people never get involved in gang activities or other mistakes, which shows me you have no idea how much culture and location while growing up matter.

I did not make a good or bad value judgement, I made an innocent or not judgment of actions. I did not say that he was a worthless, no good kid who could never be worth anything, I said that he was not a random kid walking down the street on his way home who had a gun tossed to him. He was out there, intentionally, taking part in some sort of shooting. This was not a trigger happy cop gunning down an innocent, it was a tragic situation not created by the police.

If a homeless man steals a loaf of bread for his starving homeless family and gets shot by the cops, there are people who would still say he wouldn't have died if he didn't steal. You can't change the narrative of these people.

I don't understand this train of thought. Putting up a memorial is because people are mourning their deaths. Adam's family isn't going to go "Oh, we shouldn't care that he died because he got himself involved with gangs."

I will give you that his death isn't the same as Duante, but his death is still unfortunate.
