I don't agree with rewarding players for mimicking sexual harassment in general.

And I think in the particular case of Kaine being intersex and that being a plot point of her backstory that it serves to cheapen the impact of that plot point.

I wish more people understood that Kaine is intersex, which isn't quite the same as transgender. Mainly because I've had several intersex patients who expressed a lot of frustration over people not understanding what they actually are.
