All those awards and I STILL found it for $15 less than a year after release, lol

All those awards and it STILL couldn't get the Player's Choice award away from Ghost of Tsushima, shame

The Last of Us 2 won 68 Readers Choice Awards and Ghost of Tsushima won 4.

That isn't what I said. I was clarifying your post.

I mean, you were trying to argue the opposite with your previous post.

How do you have the energy to still whine about this game a year later.

I want you to grab your nuts. Grab your balls. I want you to take a handful, and just grab your nuts real quick. Swivel 'em around in a circular motion.

I was only talking about the Player's Choice award from The Game Awards in December in comparison to all the other awards it stole that night, but hey a few Player's Choice awards from other sites means that nobody can't say the fans didn't universally love it right?

Same way one can still have the energy to care about how many awards it got a year later. I'd imagine neither take up that much energy

The Last of Us was always this. Both games only have a couple of actual horror sequences (from memory I think the sequel actually has more) while most of the focus is on the drama and the interactions of the characters. Did you forget the sheer amount of ladder and floating platform puzzles in the first game to encourage Joel and Ellie to talk to each other?
What I mean is the horror elements present in the first game showed potential that was only realized a few short times in BOTH games, I had the same complaints about the first game being mostly not scary at all despite all necessary pieces for good horror being RIGHT THERE. It's frustrating is the point. Yes, the gameplay in both games is boring af, I'd rather a Kojima cutscene-a-thon than all that "walk n talk n loot" any day, but if they actually wanted to they could've made some pretty good horror games...

no one said that.

YOU brought up the Player's Choice Award, and how Ghost of Tsushima received it, as if that was a good argument against TLoU2.

Only personal preference keeps this game from being in my tops. It's definitely a well made game.

Simon and Garfunkel. The sounds of silence. That's how I don't like it. The game is really pretty overhyped that just checked those boxes for people that would make money. There were better games. I really don't get the hate for Cyberpunk either outside of the bugs. It's a much more fun game to play. But that's how it goes. To each their own but the mainstream media isn't always the truth for some people. Both games are making money regardless.
