Does CE like Bok Choy?

Ive had it before in noodle dishes when I would eat out, but I have never cooked it before. This will be my first time cooking it.

Turned out good

I cooked it with Chinese egg noodles, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and onion.

We grow it in our AeroGarden. Or at least baby bok choy. It's got such a nice crunchy texture.

You don't even need noodles. Just toss it into a frying pan with sesame oil, salt, garlic, and ginger and cook til it wilts. Soooo tasty.

I recommend subbing the soy sauce with oyster sauce... or just do both.

But yeah, get oyster sauce.
