She was walking home from a restaurant with a date near the city's Petco Park when she was hit by the falling man. The man was taken to a local hospital where he died shortly after as Kahle died at the scene and her 30 y/o date who standing NEXT TO HER was uninjured Surveillance footage captured her last moments crossing the street after having dinner at a restaurant with her date at the bar of a local pizza restaurant before heading to the parking lot She was hit off camera and moments later 2 people crossing the same street behind her were filmed stopping in their tracks in shock before rushing to help... Kahle was an event planner for McFarlane Promotions and was only days away from her 30th birthday Her boss, Laurel said she and he became close over the last decade and considered her a "second mother" She said "I encouraged her, i pushed her in things she didn't always want to but it was incredible to watch this young lady blossom into thsi beautiful person. I just want people to know she is an incredible person. This tragedy does not define her" She lived with her father whom she was caring for during the pandemic. She also leaves behind 2 rescue dogs, Roo and Stella that she adopted from Tijuana Earlier this year she made a list of things she was thankful for that said "Thankful for my health (Covid free this whole time!!)
