Oh yeah, I get that. Same here for me. Sometimes, I just feel it coming over randomly.

It's usually a result of everything going on in my life: doing college and school, family stuff, etc. Sometimes it just feels like no matter how much I do, nothing will ever improve and I will never do the things I actually want to do.
I have to keep telling myself to cut that out and to continue kicking ass at school,better things are coming and it would be worth it in the end.

I've been strongly considering seeing a therapist one day...
