I remember loving IHOP when I was a kid. Then after years of not going to one, I happened to spot one and thought I'd try out some pancakes. I remember looking around and thinking "Was IHOP always this shitty looking and I didn't know better, or is it just this one?"

You might be able to get them their money by treating them like an independent contractor. You don't necessarily need their social for that. Your standard IHoP manager doesn't know how to do that and odds are it has to go through a whole process through the franchise owner.
So they could probably get them their money, but it's definitely not going to be in any timely type of manner. They'd need to figure out how to properly fill out the paperwork so they don't get into trouble. --- PSN: Jiek ... Copied to Clipboard!

I wonder what the full story was. Is it as simple as the iHOP manager hired her with no intention of paying her, or did she falsify her information and then the manager found out when (s)he entered her information in the system to generate a paystub, and wasnt sure how to handle it?
