Yugioh in general is pretty busted, it's one of the few games that doesn't have a "cost" system which allows you to basically play your deck on the first turn. Since there was no deck limit two guys showed up one weekend with like 70-80 card decks. tried explaining why you want the minimum and they just didnt get it lol.
