The joy I had with it was being a kid and seeing that more characters were being represented. It's not very satisfying overall, might be a fun watch if you're drunk.

It's not worth watching. Might be okay as background noise for a party or something. If you're looking to be entertained with shitty camp fight scenes watch street fighter instead.

It's camp fun. The fight scenes are decent and the special effects are awful. Like, the most obvious blue screens of the 90s. And the computer effects are PlayStation 1 tier.

It's really fucking bad
I literally just rewatched it maybe 3-4 days ago. And I'm someone who has always put the movie down because I remember how bad it was. And yet, watching it for the first time in over a decade (maybe two decades?).. I didn't remember it was THIS bad The CGI is atrocious. The first MK CGI wasn't that great either but there are very obvious areas where the quality of the CGI is better, and even the instances where it's not that much better (like Reptile in MK1), it's not overdone like in Annihilation.
