Worker welfare and Long Term company health over short term profits.
CEOS that recklessly or continously take decisions of self enrichment/short term investor enrichment should be personally criminally liable. Considered the financials equivalent of Assualt/Reckless Endangerment as well as human rights violations against the workers for the undue damages to job security, health, etc. --- I am definitely not an alt. that is where we, as a society, have to incentivize the companies doing good for the world and punish those that do not. how, you ask? you buy stock and hold for those companies you want to see succeed. you shop or pay for their services.
