I guess Im not because Im not super talkative in the morning? (Im not much for talking anyway) However, I wake up between 4:30 and 5 every morning without an alarm clock. Would that not make me a morning person because I naturally wake up early in the morning? Just because you are talkative in the morning doesnt mean you like to wake up in the morning. Someone cant be a morning person if they need 3 alarms to wake up early right?

That's all it is in my opinion, someone who wakes up early in the morning (and feels most awake at around that time) and goes to sleep early in the evening.

If you wake up before 6:30am and are not miserable/tired you are a morning person.

I worked with a morning person when I did 6am starts.
I'd get to work, tired as fuck, wanting to go back to bed, desperate for coffee and just wanting to be left the hell alone.
She'd get to work like she'd been snorting lines of Espresso, hyper talkative, happy, full of energy and bouncing off the walls.

She used to piss me off. Till about 10am when I woke up.

I wake up and just move like im a robot in the morning. Im not a morning person. Anything out of my normal that requires real thought is incredibly difficult until I actually start to wake up appropriately.

A coworker comes in every day perky af. She's super nice so I try my best to deal but while I can do my job fine for a few hours in this condition, I dont have the mental strength to be very pleasant.

Waking up early not because you have to, but because you want to. So if you get up early even on weekends or days off, then that definitely makes you a morning person

Morning person has nothing to do with when you wake up, it has everything to do with how you feel, act, and get shit done in the morning. I could wake up at 11 pm everyday, but so long as I get up pleasant, alert, and get shit done soon after I'm a morning person.

I've always been a morning person. I don't really get any grogginess unless I only got a few hours of sleep, and I have all of my energy for the day right out of the gate.

Sluggish? Eh. Maybe? Boring? Yea but I think Im always like that when I wake up regardless of the time
