Public court, Cops called on them and told they need a permit to play basketball there, even though they were visiting someone who lived there. Cop even says in the video they never enforced this rule before but "now they want us to enforce it". At the end of the video they show a newsreport of a black family being arrested for loitering by the same police department....Outside of THEIR OWN HOME.

Arcadia, CA completely removed their courts in one park because a few residents didn't like the "type" of people playing on the courts. There were no reports of disturbances, crime or anything.

A lot of parks have gazebos and picnic areas that you officially need to reserve but people only do if they are having a birthday party and want to make sure they get it.

Many communities also have the same policy for basketball courts and tennis courts etc. but nobody uses it or enforces it, until people they dont like show up and suddenly they do.
