The other part is a greedy hoarder who wants those remaining 4 millions ready for Qiqi if I ever get lucky on her roll

My initial impressions

She feels pretty strange to play. Her timing on her E is odd, too.

Unless she goes Noelle at Lv 90 and rips a new one on enemies, I'm getting vibes that she feels like Beidou combined with Razor

Amber is basically Eula's Paimon

Early impressions:

1) She's thicc and hot af, holy crap. I'm bisexual/lesbian so it's OK.
2) Her animations are truly bizarre
3) I wish I hadn't gone Wolf's Gravestone R2 but instead kept the second separate. I'd rather have her on one side and Diluc on another.

I do have Snow-tombed Starsilver, though, so maybe I should use that

I won the pity on Eula after the rollercoaster that happened with Zhongli. Not sure if I should go for her weapon or just living with Skyward Spine or WG, leaning towards just using spine though and maybe pulling for more constellations.

I don't necessarily disagree but I will say that having 5* weapons make a huge difference even the ones that aren't must chase weapons. While maybe not always Bis a lot are still more powerful then 4*s and it's good to build up a collection if you're not hurting for characters

Is it a good or bad idea to use both Fischle and Xingqiu with Eula? I could use Xiangling instead of Xing but I thought he was better
and then either zong or diona for shields, zong is better again I think
