I ended up getting mine 3 counties over. So, yeah, give it a month or two before going full judgy mcjudgerson as some are just a victim of our shitty systems. By mid July, I personally think it'll be just the real anti vaxxers left and...well, it's on them then. --- I miss the days when you could bring a game home and play, no updates to wait for.
