Cleaning your house is what the people who sell cleaning supplies want you to do. They sellin you a trick that brings your immune system down at the same time.

Im just lazy, but I like how that sounds better

eating is something you do every day, multiple times and is essential to survival

cleaning is something only needed to be done like once a month and not essential

it would be way more money to have a full time personal chef

i just eat out for every meal

  1. Make dinner. After dinner, wash dishes for the day and clean up for 10 mins (unless you're a lardass that eats a ton) while you watch TV instead of waiting until the end of the week when your kitchen looks like a shitshow
  2. Wake up in the morning, spend literal <20 seconds making bed
  3. Make a mess. Clean up the mess right after you make the mess
  4. Vacuum and dust on the weekend when you have a few minutes to spare
Very hard

Once a month.

Sure if you're the kind of disgusting slob who changes his sheets once a year I guess that's enough.

no, because those tasks are not included in "dust + vacuum", which is what you said takes you 2-3 hours. you don't get to move the goalposts like that, sir.

I love having cleaners. Its funny to see how many posters consider that lazy. But I probably work harder than most here. My husband and I both have demanding full time jobs, a newborn now and I have medical issues that make deep cleaning a 4 bedroom house difficult. We keep things tidy but we have them come in every two weeks to do all the vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, bathrooms, etc.

Time is money. It costs money to get cleaners but its time I get to spend on other more productive things without further damaging my body.

Must have hit a nerve because nothing I said is relevant to income. The amount of time you spend working is not directly related to your income, and where you live is also not necessarily related to how much money you make

Oh my anus

Lol but on a serious note, we had the cleaners before we had a baby as well. But yeah it wasnt until we moved in this house and my nerve issues became more painful. My husband was really against it at first, because he also considered it a waste/lazy/etc but now he loves the convenience

Even with an apartment though, if someone has the money and it frees up their time to do other things they enjoy more, then I dont see why not
