They dont have the capacity for fun at least not on the level humans do. They do what their instincts tell them to. That said, yeah, keep your cats indoors.

I wouldnt say I dont like all dogs, but many dogs are very excitable and this gets annoying after a certain amount of time. This isnt really an issue with cats.
