Jen0125 06/02/21 5:17:47 PM #1:	My internship starts next week and now I gotta bring it in to the Apple store. I hope it doesn't need a long repair. Anyone have experience with this? I have a MacBook pro and it's cycling on the opening loading screen. It won't go past the Apple logo. I can't boot into safe mode and I can't reset the SMC. adjl 06/02/21 5:34:00 PM #8:	Sounds vaguely like what's happened each time I've had a boot drive get corrupted. If that's the case, replacing the boot drive will get the computer running again, but you may lose any data from it, depending on how bad it is (if it's not too bad, it'll work in an enclosure, which makes recovery much easier). --- This is my signature. Jen0125 06/02/21 6:05:16 PM #11:	I opened my laptop and it was randomly on the log in screen then it shut off. I tried booting to Windows and it showed the windows logo then rebooted on its own.
